To Do What Is Right

"I want to do what is right. It is what I would want someone to do for me. You know? This whole thing is based on the Golden Rule. There is nothing better than that. That’s why it doesn’t matter what you do, just how you do it. And it doesn’t matter where you go, just how you get there. In the end, what do we really leave people with? We leave them with moments. We leave them with feelings and times. This is music for us to use to create those times. It’s as big and exciting and pleasurable as we make it. AT THE END OF THE END, IT'S ALL JUST GOING TO BURN UP, SO ALL THE STUFF THAT YOU HOLD IN YOUR HAND ISN'T AS IMPORTANT AS WHAT YOU HOLD IN YOUR HEAD AND IN YOUR HEART. And that is not corny or silly or stupid. I think it’s just true. LET'S STEP IT UP A LEVEL. Let’s try to do more and better, just for the sake of doing it! Let’s see what happens if we try doing something that isn’t easy, but that is still the right thing to do. Let’s try to make the right decisions. It’s usually pretty clear!"
