Ruh-roh. I'm not entirely sure why I added this goal in the beginning, but it's there so I've got to get it done eventually. This week offered a good opportunity, as I have no money and no plans to head out of town, so today is the start date of a week-long saga into the world of sodium-packed noodles. Breakfast and lunch have been pretty painless - I'll update later on in the week, though. Wish me luck and low blood pressure!
6-9 - Day 3
Update:
I was obviously out of my mind yesterday and forgot to add water to my microwaved Ramen. Burned it, and the house smelled like stanky butt for about 8 hours. Sorry, all my roommates.
Also, I will NEVER be able to eat Ramen again after this Saturday. On the plus side, the low amount of calories I'm eating lowers my alcohol tolerance. Yay?
6-12 - Day 6
Update:
I feel...empty inside. Haha. Honestly, though, going from a healthy vegetarian diet to a Ramen diet does NOT make my body happy. But, I just have to finish up today and tomorrow and I'll be golden! Another off the list.
I decided when I started that eating "absolutely nothing but Ramen" means that I can't add anything to the Ramen, so it's been straight noodles for the past 5 days. I've been supplementing with vitamins and a lot of juice just to make sure I don't get sick, but I'm definitely looking forward to a huge, celebratory meal on Sunday! Woowoo!
6-15 - COMPLETED!
Well, I get to cross this one off. I've been in a gluttonous rampage for the past two days after getting done with the Ramen diet; it's pretty fantastic to be able to eat what I want to. 7 days of eating absolutely nothing but Ramen (no additives) - done!
