hey!
I suffer from anxiety attacks too and what i learned was that meditating really helps, just listen to everything around you. If its during the day sit in a park or somewhere where you can just listen to everything. If you start thinking about something black it out. It may sound strange but it really works, black out your mind forget everything and the first random thing that passes thru your mind concentrate on it. Mine was a jonas brothers song, i really dislike the jonas brothers but it just popped into my head and stuck there. So whenever you start to panic or something just think about ur black out. Also listening to music really does help if you just concentrate on what your listening to it relaxes you, or just do something you love like i love the corkscrew roller coaster so i go there when im really stressed, try it it could really help.

good luck :D hope it helps

Hi,
It would be easy to say Relax. Breathe. Harder to practice in the midst of an anxiety attack.
Try deep breathing exercises during the times you are feeling calm.
Then when an anxiety attack hits, try doing those same deep breathing exercises.
It might not help, but it's worth a try.
Also, Cognitive-Behavioural therapy might be of interest to you. It has helped quite a number of people, but then again, it usually used to complement standard treatments.

Best of Luck.

As someone who has an extremely close relationship with someone who has almost identical issues (anxiety, panic attacks, depression, etc.) I know that it is completely possible to keep anxiety in check, and live life to the fullest. Though I cannot give exact advice, as someone who has not lived with that kind of experience, I can say what I've seen helped my friend a lot. Surround yourself with people who love you and appreciate you for who you are, and who can help when you feel stressed or scared. Take deep breaths, and think fears through. Is what you're worrying about worth worrying about? Be sensible about it. And find what you love, and don't let anyone or anything stop you from doing it.

Actually, these are sound suggestions for anyone, I guess. :) Just know that there are people who are there for you, and you can do what you love just fine!

Good luck! Peace and Love!

Brooke
