April 2009-Another update

I have decided to take a gap year, and not return to the East Coast for college. There are two distinct cultures on the two coasts, and I tend to fit in better on the West Coast. Also, a women's college is a very stressful environment! Lastly, the latest financial crisis hit me pretty hard, so I think working for a year could only benefit me. Life update

My last discussion was a little bit of a downer (my bad!) and so I would like to say a few more things going on in my life. Well, it is now summer of 2008 and I graduated high school and have been enrolled in an all-women's college on the east coast. My grade point average was the highest it has ever been, and I got a beautiful laptop as a present. I left in good terms with every single one of my friends (I think!). More things for my list

Out of order, here are some other ideas I want to pursue: Get my pilot's license, throw a prom in juvenile detention, publish some of my art/photography/writing, find Peggy on Broadway and give her a REAL breakfast, lose ten pounds, reduce the effects/influences of wealth, donate to ten charities, make the world a happier place (smile at EVERYONE), talk to the president of the US, build my own home, save someone's life, plant over 100 trees, save the rainforest, make a gluten-free cookbook, find… Continue
