It was nominated for Best New club 2009 throughout the entire world. Stars like User, P. Diddy, Jenny McCarthy, Carmen Electra and a lot more stepped into the Shrine to have fun... Continue

Samantha Perrie Why I am here...

Being a senior in high school, it feels as though the weight of the world is on your shoulders. Not only is there a last time for everything, last first day of high school, last pep assembly, last homecoming dance, etc, but people ask you everyday what are you going to do with the rest of your life. When it seems like everyone around you has their life planned out, it's a scary feeling when you have no clue what you want to do with yours ... which, in a round about way, leads me to how I found T… Continue

Adeeb Being Drunk is really...really something!

So I've just started uni. It's monday morning of freshers week, 11:00, I'm awake with a bit of a head-ache, stomach-ache and an everything else-ache, I assume that this is what you call a Hangover. I moved into my new flat on Thursday and met all my flatmates on Saturday, who are all the coolest people ever! I told 'em, I had a list of things to do before I die and we got talkin about them, they all seemed really eager to help me out. It's party week though and the only one that seemed suitable… Continue

Charlotte Working Towards #1

So one of my goals (actually, it would be goal #1) is to become a published comic artist. I really love drawing, and I love comics and stories. I'm a DC girl myself, but Marvel makes great stuff too (hopefully it stays that way, what with the Disney takeover and all). Anyway... I did a pre-college thing at RISD over the summer and got two 6-page comics out of it. I don't have a scanner big enough to get a good picture, but I have some blurry photographic evidence of one of them. This one is a… Continue
