I know that there are lots of things that people do for fun on the streets/ in public. Improv Everywhere is a perfect example. They do awesome things like pranks, and cool modern art type things.
What's the craziest thing, YOU'VE done on the streets like this?!
My friend and I went out one New Years with a video camera and asked every body what kind of toothpaste they used. No reason... just to see if they would answer. Almost everybody did. It was fun.
Me and my friends went on a trip to that Tate Modern (A famous Art Gallery in London). We spent the entire time in the lift and when we could feel the lift move we knew it meant someone called for it; so we would get into a pose (A different one each time) ready for the Art fans to step in and see what they would make of us.
We were 14 at the time, so some tourists would humour us saying "Wow, this should be art", Others would take time to look at us thinking we really were art and some just stood with their back to us as if nothing was happening.
We got kicked out of the gallery in the end, but it was worth it!
